The COBIZI 10×20 Pop Up Canopy Party Tent is a six-leg event canopy with a raised roof and a full set of sidewalls: four with church-style windows and two with zippered doors. It is built for weddings, parties, and outdoor events, a different role from screened pop-up gazebos meant for bugs.
Our Verdict
We see the COBIZI 10×20 party tent as a good event canopy for hosts who want enclosed walls and a more formal look. Owners report a strong top, a frame that has lasted several years, and a roof that sheds rain instead of pooling.
Some owners found the sidewalls slightly too small to meet at the legs, leaving gaps. It is also heavy, so it needs two people.

Design and Build Quality
The frame is powder-coated alloy steel on six legs. One owner reports several years of use; another says the frame is strong but warns against hanging from it as some product photos suggest. The listing mentions both 210D and 420D Oxford fabric; owners describe the top as high quality either way.
Roof and Weather Protection
The raised roof is coated for UV 50+ protection and water resistance. One owner noted water does not pool on the roof the way it does on flatter canopies, and another said it held up during a sudden rainstorm with strong wind at a party. That is a good sign, not a wind rating.
Sidewalls
Four walls have church-style windows and two have zippers for entry, all attached with hook-and-loop straps along the roof. One owner found the walls a little short to connect at each leg, leaving small gaps, and received one panel with small holes, which the seller replaced.
Stability and Anchoring
Six ropes and twelve stakes are included. COBIZI does not publish a wind rating. Stake every leg and rope, and add weights on pavement. Do not leave it up unattended in storms.
Space and Everyday Use
200 sq ft seats 10 to 15 people for dining by COBIZI’s count. The walls make it a usable party room on cool or breezy evenings and give privacy at events. COBIZI also suggests it as temporary car cover.
Assembly and Installation
COBIZI says the frame takes about five minutes once unfolded. Owners agree setup is not hard but needs at least two people, and that the tent is heavy to carry even in the roller bag.
Owner Feedback
The listing showed 4.1 out of 5 from 166 ratings when we reviewed it: 63% at 5 stars, 13% at 4 stars, 10% at 3 stars, and 14% at 1 or 2 stars. Owners praise quality, rain handling, and durability; criticism focuses on sidewall fit and weight.

Final Verdict
This COBIZI party tent stands out for a full set of window and door walls, a raised roof that sheds rain, and owners who report years of use. Its compromises are imperfect wall fit and weight. For hosts who need an enclosed event tent, the COBIZI 10×20 party tent is a good choice; compare it with the best pop-up gazebos with adjustable heights. COBIZI 10×20 pop up canopy party tent
